Over 15 years developing high performance buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. These projects have ranges from offices to large industrial buildings with warehousing and distribution. They have covered the LEED rating system from Core & Shell, New Construction, and Commercial Interior. I have been honored to sit on the Pilot Program which developed the first version of Existing Buildings and used an office rehab as part of the pilot that became the first green office in Greenville, SC.
